Good evening everyone!
I have a problem that I cannot solve.
I tried various solutions found online but I couldn't install Acrobat Pro on my mac 2022 with Apple M2 and macOS Ventura 13.4.
I have deleted and reinstalled all the adobe cc programs .
The only one I cannot install is Acrobat .
Even Acrobat Reader works but I cannot complete the installation of Acrobat Pro
The system gives me the following errors :

I have looked on all the forums but of the solutions tried none have solved the problem.

Has anyone had my same problem and solved it?
Thank you all
Guido

Guido, can you provide us some more background about the computer you cannot install Acrobat onto? Was Acrobat Pro 2022 previously working on this computer, or are you migrating from an Intel-based computer to Apple's Silicon?

If Acrobat was installed previously, then why are you reinstalling the software? Did it stop working? Did you encounter an error message? We look forward to your update, Guido!

Hi Guido Antonielli,

Thank you for reaching out.

Try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document for the Exit code 7 error: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-exit-6-exit-7-cc.html

If the issue still occurs, remove the Acrobat from the machine and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) to be sure. Reboot the Mac and install Acrobat from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

thank you .
I had already found these solutions online and had tried but could not solve them .
I will try again and if I don't solve it I will write down the errors it gives me .
If I try to re-install the operating system could I solve the problem?
thanks
Guido
