Acrobat Pro DC Mega Sign

Question

I am trying to access Mega Sign via Acrobat Pro DC for Teams and cannot seem to do so. I have called and been told that it comes with my subscription, but I have yet to be able to use it. I thought it might only come with the strict Adobe Sign, but when I tried to download the trial, it said I already own this product with the pro DC. I really need to send out COVID-19 related forms for signature to all of our employees ASAP. Please help.

What version of Acrobat Pro are you using?

You must update to the latest optional update that was released for May 2020. The Adobe Sign Tool is now featured independently. In the prior version update it used to activate by using the Fill & Sign Tool.

Just go ahead and update your Acrobat if you haven't already done so.
