Question

Acrobat Pro DC not displaying all content

Consistently, objects are not being displayed (but I can see them in mac quick view, Apple preview, chrome, safari, and all other ways of looking at the same pdf
I see it most often with black or dark or solid color boxes, but not sure it's limited to that.

Using pro, CC license. Build: 20.9.20074.389258

on a Mac OS V. 10.15.6 (19G73)

This has happened on two different computers, bith Mac Book pro, but not the same build.

I've checked "display large images" and "show trim bleed…" to no change in behavior.

It happens with pdfs that I export in hi-res & no compression (print preset), lower res, as well as onPDFs I receive from other people

Any help solving this would be great

Hi David,

Thanks for taking time to post the concern over here.

Can you help us out with the below details regarding the issue as well :

  1. Please share the exact steps for the workflow
  2. Is the same happening for all the file(s) or is specific to a set of file(s)
  3. Can you share a sample file on which the issue is consistently reproducible
  4. As you mentioned export. Are you using Acrobat tool Export or Converting a file to PDF.
