Acrobat Pro DC redaction adds random redactions upon saving

Hi, All,

I'm using Acrobat Pro DC through an enterprise installation.

I had a PDF that had been signed using a certificate. I then printed it to PDF from Acrobat using the Adobe PDF printer choice.

Every time I redact something, I end up with random redactions littered throughout the document. So I started with a fresh copy and redacted one thing on one page. I scrolled through the entire document and confirmed that it was the only redaction. I saved it. I closed it and opened it again, and found random redactions had appeared on multiple pages. They don't match the original redaction (size, placement, or page component like header/footer). Why would they appear after saving, but not when I actually applied the redaction?
