Acrobat Pro DC reinstall fails

I'm trying to reinstall Acrobat Pro DC (Mac), and when I try to do this from the Creative Cloud app, I can start the installation process, but it ultimately fails. Here's the error message I get:

Exit Code: 7

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DW003, DW006 ...

Can anyone suggest any solutions? I've followed the Adobe self-help steps with no success.

Also, is there any phone support available from Adobe? Acrobat is a mission-critical application for me, so I really need to get back up and running.
