Acrobat Pro DC - Request E-signature not working.

I am supported 2 Users who were running Adobe Acrobat DC Pro version 22.002.20191 on Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.2251.  Both received an Adobe Acrobat update after restarting and now are running 22.003.20310.  They are attempting to Request E-Signature, they add signers email address and click Specify where to sign.  Instead of loading allowing them specify where to sign and continuing, it routes them to a 404 page or wants to Subscribe for Adobe Adobe Acrobat Pro.  If I uninstall 22.003 and reinstall 22.002, it works fine.  If we update back to 22.003, the issue immediately returns. For now, I have rolled them back to 22.002 for now until we can get some resolution for Adobe.   I see there is a new release as of 1/24023 (22.003.20314).  I reviewed the release notes, but cannot confirm if this will break it again.   Can anyone from Adobe confirm the issue described and the resolution?
