Acrobat Pro Dc stop upgrading at 90% and I cant use it

Hi, I have upgraded to acrobat pro not long ago so I can edit pdf-s I used it a couple of times it was ok, but today I can't use it at all; it says it is upgrading, but the upgrade stops at 90% and stays there for hours.

Could someone please help me? I would need to use the program urgently.

I would try completely uninstalling it and reinstall a fresh copy.

I have uninstalled twice since yesterday, and it still stops at 90 upgrading. Keeps on crashing everytime. I have had Acrobat Pro DC for some time already, and it started acting up since yesterday
