Question

Acrobat Pro DC toolbars too small

I'm using Acrobat Pro DC on a new Microsoft Surface Book laptop.  When I'm at the office I connect to an external monitor.  Initially when I did this and opened a .pdf, the document size was fine but toolbars along the top and right side of the screen were enormous.  Our IT guy adjusted some of the Adobe settings (also tried adjusting the Windows display settings but that didn't help) and managed to get the tool bars down to a reasonable size on the external monitor.  Now they are tiny though on my laptop screen and undoing the settings changes he made originally doesn't correct the problem.  I can barely read the toolbars now on my laptop they are so small.  (.pdf doc size is fine though).

200% is the recommended setting on my laptop which is what it is set to.  If I change it to 100% everything is too small on my laptop screen.  Acrobat is the only program I have this problem with - all the Microsoft Office and other programs I have loaded view properly with the display set at 200%.  I'm pretty certain this is an Acrobat setting problem or a glitch with the program altogether.

you'll need to wait for an acrobat update if acrobat looks ok at 100%.
