Acrobat PRO DC very very slow even with small pdf

I have a Surface Book 3 i7 32gb ram and acrobat runs very slow, even with small pdfs takes forever to move and navigate pages, trying to open 10mb file is litteraly imposible to do.

I tried reset to default settings but wont work.

I try same file with Microsoft Edge and runs super fast.

I want my money back.
