Acrobat Pro does not display Activated Devices

With this product registered through serial numbers, the devices that have it active are not visible.

Besides, you talk to support and they tell you that they do not know that the email has active plans.

What's going on? Is it no longer possible to see the devices that have the license activated? Are there no alternatives?

Just confirm please, this option is disabled because adobe no longer likes the perpetual licenses? force me to change to a subscription plan?

Because of course that information that license has each computer is still on their servers but because when I try to activate it on 3 computers tells me that it is not possible that is already in use.

I purchased a valid perpetual license for Acrobat Pro 2020.

I am now being told that I cannot deactivate one of the devices on which it was installed, because that functionality has been removed. I no longer have access to one of those devices, and there is no way to get that activation back, even though your servers obviously know which computers are in use (since I get the error when trying to activate on a third party).

So, please confirm: is this

I have the exact same issue. Have valid perpetual license for Acrobat Pro 2020 and cannot deactivate. It does not show the old computer as a 'Registered Device' [P.I removed by moderator] description.

Is there a fix for this?

To check the activated devices for the serial number product:

Go to the Adobe website and sign in with your Adobe ID.
Click on your profile icon at the top right > Manage account
Click on the Plans and payment tab at the top toolbar > and go to Products
Enter the serial number, and you will get the information related to it.

I have already registered the serial numbers in products, but it does not show any information related to the active devices, it only shows the registration date, version and platform.

And as I have indicated in the option of activated devices within plans and payments nothing comes out.
