Acrobat Pro doesn`t work in personal profile / E-signature error message

Hi,
I am admin of a business account that has a Creative Cloud Plan which is assigned to a team member. My personal plan is Acrobat Pro which I can see when I switch to my personal account. However, I can`t use the e-signature feature. It gives me an error message "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when I click on Invite to e-sign. It doesn`t work on web and app. Kindly advise.

Hi @Meenakshi Negi

Thanks for your response, I was able to hop on a chat. We migrated my individual plan to my enterprise account. It works after a very efficient chat session with Adobe Support.
