Why am I getting a Flash Player notice to download the latest version when that has been phased out in 2020? I got the notice when trying to add Rich Content. See attached screenshot.

Sorry for the troubled experience.
This may happen if you open a file that was created in the past, either a portfolio or a file with flash content like effects, etc.

You can ignore the suggestion/warning/notification, as those effects or transition effects in the file will no longer work.

It was a new file with an updated Acrobat.
