Acrobat Pro Freezes when trying to save documents

Hi,

When I try to save a pdf document, I click on the save icon and the program freezes with a message appearing at the top of the screen saying "Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit) (Not Responding)". Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I'm using Windows 11 version 22H2 and it's fully up to date.

Thank You.

Paul.

Hi @James306901715x88 ,

I've experienced this myself in both, Apple's macOS and Microsoft Windows 11 computers.

Assuming that you tried repairing the installation (if on Microsoft Windows) or uninstalling/reinstalling (if on macOS) did not work,  I would say to troublesboot the issue keeping an eye with the Adobe Creative Cloud app.

This software suite seems to be always running in the background automatically while it synces files with other creative content assets for other Adobe apps in your plan (if applicable).

I think that this may be the underlying issue but I may be wrong.

Anyway, have you tried disabling the Creative Cloud app and see how that works?
