Acrobat Pro hangs after opening.

Acrobat Pro version 2025.001.21111 hangs for about 3 seconds when it appears to be loading the account icons at the top right near the minimize button. We are having this on multiple computers.

      It is not actually crashing, its hanging/freezing then resumes like normal. It seems to be related to loading/signing in to the Adobe account when the program opens.

        Can you try opening your PDF in a web browser? Does that crash too?
