Acrobat Pro is crashing on multiple laptops of the same spec

We have multiple members of staff with new laptops. Specs below:
Dell Latitude 7340 - i7, 16GB

They are all crashing at the same point in time when opening specific PDF's. I have tried the below:

Recreating the Windows Profile
Uninstall and Reinstall of Adobe Pro
Using the Acrobat cleaner tool and cleaning the Reg + Folders then reinstalling both 32 Bit and 64 Bit to no avail
Creative Cloud version of the App
Disabling New Acrobat
Disabling Protected Mode
Test on 2 different profiles across multiple laptops.
Disabling Viewing Comments
Disabling verifying signatures

- disabling “New Acrobat”

- in Add/Remove programs in Windows, repair any and ALL Microsoft Visual C++ reistributables that allow you, any that don't allow the repair simply remove

- run the Adobe Acrobat repair install

Anyone with ideas is welcome

Hi @Hanif34571639ardl

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20615 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, please collect and share the logs manually as described in the help pages listed below:

- https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html for further investigation.
