Acrobat Pro is freezing when trying to zoom on a Mac

Hi.

My Acrobat Pro is freezing, when I am trying to zoom on a Mac? I have tried 

Preferences > Page Display > Uncheck smooth images, but it did not help mutch.

Is there a nother way to fix the problem?
