Acrobat Pro January 2024 Still Does Not Get It

When I open a newly printed PDF file, I want to see the first whole page. I always want to see the whole page - but now, instead of having to pick the view icon drop down to select whole page view, I have to pick the icon, select not to scroll, then pick fict to width. What happened to whole page view?

I'm obviously not Adobe's typical user - I print multipage documents, usually in horizontal format. I never scroll through a document, so why did they make that the default.

You can select your preferred initial view settings under Preferences - Page Display, but the settings in the files themselves you open will override that, if they are set to a different value. Still, you can force them to show in a specific way via the Accessibility settings under the same dialog, though.
