Acrobat PRO keeps crashing / not responding

Hello! 

We upgraded to Creative Cloud PRO - and since then, Acrobat won't open and keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and intalled it 100 times. It won't even open… 

I have Acrobat PRO 24.1 and i'm running with MAC OS Sequoia 15.3. 

Does anybody else have this problem??

@marie-christinel69982569 did you really uninstalled and installed it 100x?

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20432 Planned update, Mar 11, 2025.
