Acrobat Pro: Large increase in file size due to comments

Dear Sirs,

 

Good day.

 

When I add comments to PDF file and then click "Save As," the file size increases dramatically (for example, from 1,000KB to 44,000KB).

 

I mainly work with architectural drawings, but I add comments to PDFs I've converted from CAD data, then click "Save As."

 

Could you please let me know if there are any mesures being made to this issue, or if there are any errors on Adobe's side?

    I’d like to share more detail as following;
     
    ・Content of the trouble or question (be as specific as possible)
    When we add comments to PDF file and then click "Save As," the file size increases dramatically (for example, from 1,000KB to 44,000KB).
    We mainly work with architectural drawings, but we add comments to PDFs I've converted from CAD data, then click "Save As."
    We are using the software overseas (Vietnam) and mainly deal with architectural drawings and output CAD (drawing software) data in PDF format, add comments at the time of meeting using Acrobat Pro, and save the file.
    Could you please let me know if there are any measures being made to this issue, or if there are any errors on Adobe's side?

    The phenomenon occurs regardless of 32bit/64bit.
