Acrobat Pro licences - cannot see users agreements under my login

I have recently purchased an additional licence for my worker so we can both send out agreements to clients for e-signatures but we can't work out how to see each others pending agreements. As a work around we cc each other on each one but this is getting tedious and surely there's a way we can see all agreements seeing as we are both under my team subscription.  Any assistance would be appreciated 😊

    Hi @Di Jones,

     

    Thank you for reaching out, and we understand how time-consuming it is to copy each other on every agreement when you’re both sending to clients under the same team subscription.

     

    Account sharing, which gives one user a persistent view of another user’s full list of agreements, isn’t available on Acrobat Pro for teams. That’s why you can’t see each other’s agreements from your own Manage page.

     

    In the meantime, you can share individual agreements that are still in progress with a colleague in your account. Open the agreement from the Manage page, select Share, and enter their email address.

    When the address belongs to someone in your Acrobat Sign account, the agreement is added to their Manage page, and you send them the emailed PDF copy so that you can skip the cc. They’ll have read-only access to the agreement.

    Hi Di Jones,


    You can find the option under Agreements in your desktop application or in your Acrobat web account. Please refer to the steps suggested below

    In Acrobat desktop, go to Files > Agreements. Please refer to the steps suggested in the following help document: Manage agreements.

    On Acrobat web, go to Documents > Agreements. Select the document from the Pending folder. In the right-hand pane, check the option to share.
