Acrobat Pro - MacOS crashing when launching since latest update 2024.004.20272

Acrobat Pro is crashing when launcing on Mac devices since the latest update 2024.004.20272.  The MacOS ranges from 14.6.1, 15.1 and 15.1.1.  Acrobat has been uninstalled/reinstalled but still the same issue.

 

Another colleague has remained on the older version of 2024.004.2019.

 

Is this is a known issue and is there a solution as the team are unable to work.

I have the same version, and I am having this same issue - very buggy, many crashes, and odd behavior with random tags appearing or existing tags changing names in some cases. Is there a way to download an older version
