I haven't been able to transfer the license to a new computer for 2 weeks.

It is impossible to deactivate the license, I will lose the ability to use the program in a moment.

Is anyone at adobe alive? it is impossible to contact the support

Ok, for this product.

1. You cannot automatically migrate a license.

2. Try and install to the new computer and activate. You can activate 2 times without contacting Adobe.

3. If it says all licenses are in use you must either

(a) deactivate a computer still running the softwre

(b) contact Adobe customer service. Have your serial number ready but start by saying you want an "Activation count reset". Use those exact words, repeat them often, and only give the info you are asked for, so they do not get distracted.

You say you've tried to contact Adobe. How did you try and what happened?

WARNING: Adobe will not contact you. If anyone claims to be Adobe Support THEY ARE A SCAMMER.

2. I tried, it keeps popping up saying the key has been used,

3. I uninstalled from my previous computer without deactivating. I installed it on an old computer once, there is information that the key has been used,

b) please provide e-mail address or how to contact support so that they can reset the serial number

Adobe tech support doesn't exist.

Tomorrow I will no longer be able to use the purchased license.

I haven't been able to contact support for 3 weeks
