Acrobat pro not linking to cloud

Have a new computer and have installed Acrobat Pro. I logged in but will not link to the cloud. Had a look under preferences and just came up with this message. I looked all over the cloud website and can't find it anywhere. Worked fine on the old computer and still have access on my iPad and phone.

@wonderful_view0816   Adobe's Creative Cloud subscriptions, including Acrobat Pro, typically limit the number of active devices you can be signed in to simultaneously. The exact number depends on your subscription plan. Two devices are a common limit for individual plans. It sounds like you might have reached the limit with your iPad, and phone. Go to the Adobe website (adobe.com) and sign in to your account. Look for a section related to "Account Management" or "Plan." There should be a list of the devices currently signed in. This will confirm if you've hit your device limit.

This is the most likely solution. You need to sign out of your Adobe account on one of your other devices (likely the old computer, unless you no longer use it). On each device (old computer, iPad, phone), open the Creative Cloud desktop app (if installed) or an Adobe app (like Photoshop or Acrobat Reader). Look for a "Sign Out" option in the app's menu (often under "Help" or your account icon).
