Hello,

I am having issues on my Mac getting Acrobat Pro.

I have a Pro licence but only the standard will load.

I logged out of Cloud and all apps.

I tried going to Library/Applications Support/Adobe and made back ups of SLStore and SLCache and deleted.

Restarted the mac.

But still same issue.

When I launch Adobe Acrobat and say "about adobe acrobat" there is no Licence listed at all.

On other users in the same ORG undert the same admin consol I can see that they are listed.

Any help appricated.

Thank you

Hello Souvik,
All updates attempted as suggested.

I still have an issue in that my Adobe Acrobat Pro license will not allow me to use the e-signature function (see screenshot).

I have contacted my admin team and they assure me the account is not blocked from their end. Is this something that could be at Adobe’s end?

For some reason the license information is also not appearing in the ‘About’ panel.

The account is: [Personal information removed by moderator]

Hi barrie_1705,

Thank you for sharing the email address. However, we suggest not sharing the email address on public platforms for security reasons. You can share such information in a private/ direct message. We have removed the email address from your message.

We have checked your account using the email address you shared. We see that you are using the Acrobat Pro as part of the end-term license agreement provided by your organisation. The Adobe Sign individual has been removed from the Acrobat Pro in the ETLA offers. In this case, we suggest you contact your IT administrator at your organisation to check if they have an Acrobat Sign Enterprise license and can give you access. For more information, please visit here.

However, you may still receive documents on that email address sent to you for signature using Acrobat Sign, and you can fill them out and sign them.

I hope this information helps you.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi @barrie_1705,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat.

With the recent updates, we have adopted a more unified approach for both installers and the naming of the application.

If you are unsure about the subscription you have, you can log in to https://adobe.ly/49fyJnF to check the active subscriptions.

Also, please update the app to the latest version (25.001.2084x) for the best experience.

To do so, go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Souvik.
