acrobat pro pdf conversion to excel

I have downloaded multiple daily pdfs from my brokerage account and modified them to create one pdf  with the number sections that I need to manage my finances.

In trying to convert this pdf of many pages to an excel file, I'm getting numerous issues.

1) The line by line entries as displayed on the pdf , eg. beginning balance      100, etc. show up as multiple pdf lines to one row in excel (as text instead of lines of numbers).  

I have tried converting to .txt but the problem there is that the converter doesn't seem to recognize that each line is a separate line with an end of line/return character at the end and the result is a jumbled mess of lines running together.

If I could get the conversion to a .txt file that emulates how the pdf looks (with each line showing separately), I figure I can copy and paste from my text editor into excel and work with it that way.

Any ideas as to possible remedies to this problem?  I'm happy to answer more questions as needed.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to convert the PDF to Excel? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful for more clarity.

 

If the PDF contains scanned images or complex formatting, the conversion might not be perfect and may need to be adjusted manually.

 

Also ensure that your Acrobat Pro is up-to-date. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.  Sometimes, issues can be resolved by installing the latest updates that may contain fixes or improvements for conversion tools.

The first problem is that these pdfs are apparently created at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. They are secured by password according to Acrobat. 

Hence, they are not able to be modified individually and there is virtually no chance of tracking back to the original password. 
 
When I select multiple pdfs and “create” a new pdf by appending each of the files into a new one, I can modify that pdf. 
Each original pdf and consequently the end product appended pdf contains many pages that are useless to me: daily activity, legal documentation, etc. 
 Unfortunately, acrobat is apparently useless to me for this “copy/append” procedure because the originals are secured and acrobat won’t let me move forward. So the “copy/append” procedure must be done on my Apple iPhone where it allows me to do this.
