Acrobat Pro problema al crear pdf a partir de varios archivos

No se exporta correctamente, es la ultima versión y aun así sigue fallando

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to create the PDF form the files.

 

Would you mind sharing more details about the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF? Please try to create the PDF from the file menu of Adobe Acrobat DC. File > Create > PDF From File and see if that makes any difference.

Are you creating the PDF from Word, Excel or any MS office application? If yes, please look at the steps provided in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html and see if that work for you.

 

Also make sure you have the latest version 20.12.20043 installed from the help menu > check for updates.

    The troubleshooting resolved. Thanks for your response. 
    However Acrobat has a lot of problems at editing text or link files. In fact I send my files to other people who recieved the text unrecognizable.
