Acrobat Pro Renewal issues and Terrible Customer service
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experiences in my years of managing IT systems and vendors. Our Adobe Arobat Pro licenses was coming up for renewal in January 2024 and I worked with a rep that guaranteed that our licenses will be renewed. Well starting a week ago we have been getting a slow count down to the license expiring and will stop working 5 days, 4 days, 3 days etc. I opended a ticket with Adobe support on the first day and they confirmed the ticket and issue was escalated, that was 6 days of escalation. Everytime you call someone either hangs up, or puts you on hold until you hang up. The online chat is the same experience. There is no direct way to get business and VIP support you have to go through level 1 support and get asked the same questions over and over again. Now our Adobe Acrobat Pro license has expired and not working while we are paying for the licenses. How can a company and suppport be this bad and don't care about their customers????
