Acrobat Pro reports corrupt file or wrong format when trying to input a signature jpeg file

Is there a fix for this problem that anyone has been able to figure out. I have read all of the prefered way that Adobe report and all of the approved formats they list. I have updateed to APP. And.... :-[

@Jasperilla Try to keep your JPEG image small. I have a 'greyscale' signarture that is 900pixels wid by 250 pixels high but is only 52kb but is a 600ppi image! AndI have no issues with this 'signature JPEG file.'

If your image is too big, Acrobat's signature tool may struggle to process it.
