Acrobat Pro scroll bars not available

Hello, I am running a Macbook Pro OS 13

Processor: Intel
Build: 23.6.20320.0
AGM: 7.1.1
CoolType: 8.3.1
JP2K: 4.0.0.52671

When opening a multipage PDF I no longer have scroll bars to rapidly move up and down in the PDF, can this be fixed or can I downgrade to a functional version of Acrobat? The scrollbar shows up briefly when using the arrow keys but it does not stay long enough to be useful. Adobe support ask me to uninstall Acroabt to fix this issue which it did not fix it. It did break my Enfocus Pitstop and Fusion Pro, not helpful at all.

Also your Chat program disconnects during help sessions, this needs fixed too.
