Acrobat Pro: Signatures no longer possible

Hi Community, For one user, it is no longer possible to obtain signatures in Acrobat Pro. Why?See screenshots. Thanks and regardsSabrina

Please let us know if the issue occurs with this particular user. If yes, we will need the user's email address to check the account status.
