• In Preferenze → Moduli → Completa automaticamente → Modifica elenco voci, l’elenco è vuoto.

    Hello @Zomar

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the trouble you had.

Please note that Acrobat does not allow a saved Auto-Complete value to be edited directly. On your Mac, go to Acrobat > Preferences > Forms > Edit Entry List, select the incorrect Address Line 1 entry, and choose Remove. Then re-enter the correct address in the form so Acrobat can save it as a new suggestion. For more details, please check this article: http://ms.spr.ly/64047avOvP

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 26.002.22031 Planned update, Oct 14, 2026. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

If the incorrect address is not listed there, please share your Acrobat version and a screenshot of where the suggestion appears, as it may be coming from a different suggestion source.

I hope this helps, and please reach out if you need any assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.

Hello Anand, thank you for your reply.

I am already using Acrobat Pro version 26.002.22031 on macOS, the same version you mentioned.

I checked Acrobat > Preferences > Forms > Edit Entry List again, but the list is completely empty, so there is no address entry to select or remove.

    I am attaching two screenshots:

    1. The Fill & Sign suggestions: the outdated address labelled “Riga indirizzo 1” (“Address Line 1”) has no × button, while the other suggestions do.

    2. The empty Auto-Complete entry list, with the outdated suggestion still visible in the background.

As you suggested, this value may be coming from a different suggestion source. Could you please help identify that source and explain how to update or remove this specific entry on macOS?

If resetting a local file or preference is necessary, please specify which one, how to back it up, and whether this would affect my saved signatures or other custom settings.

    Thank you for your help.
