Acrobat Pro upddate keeps crashing

Windows 10, 64 bit

It automatically updated last month, but gave me 32 bit for some reason. That crashed constantly. So I uninstalled it the other day and downloaded it again. This time it gave me 64 bit automatically. That worked fine for a day or two, now it's crashing and useless.

What happened?

Can we get the crash dumps for further analysis of this issue?

It was the update off Adobe's website, a paid subscription. The error says, "Something went wrong. A running instance of Adobe has caused an error."
