Acrobat Pro V2024.001.20615 (64 bit)

Every time I open Acrobat Pro, it opens in a maximized window (as opposed to full screen which is  a different thing).

Is there any way to make Acrobat open in a window the same size as when I lasted quit the app?

Acrobat Pro was already on the latest version, so just to test what would happen, I uninstalled and re-installed Acrobat Pro, that seems to have fixed it.

I'm having the opposite problem. I want it to open maximized all the time, but it won't. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that did not fix it. Any suggestions?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have tried to test it on my end with the Acrobat version 24.01.20629 on Win 11 and its remembering the last open size of the window.

Are you on Mac or Windows OS? What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat.

Please try to update the application the recent version 24.01.206XX installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3PJWDx1 and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
