Acrobat Pro v2025 - Cannot use all the functions.....

Question

I have 2 pdfs open. Normally I can copy interactive fields from one file to another. Also if I want to add a drop drop I just select the dropdown tool and click anywhere on the pdf.

Now, I cannot copy interactive fields between the 2 files, and I also cannot select any of the radio button/dropdown buttons... I am definitely in Acrobat Pro...

Please help...

Thanks for the reply Tariq.  However that didn't solve the issue. I've resolved it now, by starting from scratch. Rebuilding the Indesign file and exporting it again. cheers

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the trouble you experienced.
If you create a new PDF form with fewer fields and then try copying it to a new file. If the issue persists, please ensure that your copy of Adobe Acrobat is up to date. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat, then select Help > Check For Updates.
