Acrobat Pro V23.0 suddenly not opening AT ALL on MAC OS 12.15.2

Acrobat Pro was working fine, not updated, nothing changed as far as I could see and today the App won't open at all. Click the icon, nothing. Try opening a PDF, nothing.

Have restarted computer, try unistalling and reinstalling, have tried installing Reader and that won't even open either. So effectively can't run any form of Acrobat on my machine now.

Does any one have any suggestions as to what I can try to fix this?
