Acrobat Pro v23 | No feedback notification

Hello,

I have Acrobat Pro v23 (64-bit) installed on my PC AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz with 32 GB RAM and GTX 1080 on WIN 10 22H2.

After opening PDF files ... even small ones ... it takes seconds to be able to work with the documents. I tried all kind of  PDFs ... Scans ... PDF from INDD ... external PDFs ... PDFs with small kb-size ... (all local from harddrive) allways with a little delay. It seems that Acrobat needs more CPU power but my task manager tells me that acrobat uses only 3% of processor resources. 

By the way: all apps of CC work fast without any delays!

Any ideas in this acrobat world how to fix this issue?
