I have had acrobat pro for years. Converted it to the PDF Pack (because I wanted to pay annually), thinking it was the same, but it is not, it does not allow me to create pdf's (on computer) or set passwords on existing pdfs. Now I want to convert back to Adobe Pro, but that is not possible? I am only offered a package solution much much more expense. Any ideas? Thank you

Log in to your Adobe account (https://account.adobe.com/plans) and see when you initially purchased or converted to the PDF Pack. If it was within the last 14 days, you have a very good chance of getting a full refund. If you are past the 14-day window, getting a full refund might be more challenging.
You might need to contact customer service (this is a user forum, and isn't monitored by Adobe staff all the time). The sooner you do this, the better. Explain your situation – that you mistakenly thought the PDF Pack had the same functionality as Acrobat Pro and it doesn't meet your needs. Request a refund due to this misunderstanding and the lack of essential features you require (creating PDFs on your computer and setting passwords). You can usually contact Adobe Support through their website at the bottom of the site via chat or phone. Look for a "Contact Us" or "Support" section on the Adobe website. Also, make sure you have the details of your purchase.
