Acrobat Pro will not allow Organize Pages

Adobe Acrobat Pro will not allow me to organize pages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. OS Windows 10. Acrobat Pro Version 22.003.20258.0.  I cannot click and drag pages and the dropdown for Insert Pages does not drop down.  I can insert by right clicking on a thumbnail but not from the drop down menu.  I have completed uninstalled the entire Creative Cloud Desktop and Acrobat and reinstalled 5 times.  This never works.  Some of the installations resulted in Acrobat not even loading.  It continuosly crashed at launch.

Thank you for reporting the issue. Can you please share the video recording of the issue?

Have you recently started facing this issue? Is it working fine earlier and broke after recent Acrobat pro update?

Try running this tool after uninstalling, and then reinstall the application:
