Acrobat Pro x64 (v 23.006.2306) always starts up Maximized

Hi

I cannot find any way to get Acrobat Pro x64 to start up in a normal, not maximized window. I have a large monitor, I generally want application windows side by side or overlapping not one app hogging the entire screen.

I have checked the application shortcut, it is set to Normal Window but this is clearly being ignored.

Note this is nothing to do with the display of PDF documents, this is the application window even with no document loaded.

I have been through Preferences several times and can't see any relevant setting to fix, and everything I have found online refers to the 32-bit version.

    Hello and thanks for taking the time to reply, but as stated in my original, it is NOT the document Zoom level I am talking about, it is the Acrobat Pro application window which is alway starting up to fill the entire screen.
