Hello! I get the message 'Insufficient data for an image' after scanning a document and trying to save & open it as a PDF. I am a licensed user of Acrobat Pro XI. What shoulld I do?

How do you scan it? With what app?

What version of Acrobat XI do you have (like 11.2.13)?

No I do not use WhatsApp for scanning I scanned it by Readiris Pro 11, my Adobe version is  11.0.23.
