Acrobat Pro XI Out of Memory issue

Hello, I have 3 users on Windows 10 and they're all experiencing similar issues where when working on a PDF, they are all getting Out of Memory Errors, Error Processing Page, and Problems Reading this Document. This happens consistently with all size PDFs. I've turned off protected view and have cleared out TEMP folders.

Please help.
