Hi,

I have purchased Acrobat Professional 9.0 Volume License and Media from the re-seller in 2008 for my company. Unfortunately, the reseller closes their business permanently.

The problem is that I have lost the media dvd and there is no way to get the installation file of volume license to install acrobat professional 9.0 in our new laptops since I do not have an account to login to adobe licensing website to download it

That seems a problem. Adobe don't supply old media, and only registered licensing users can download the products Adobe licensed... And they don't supply such an old version to new customers anyway.

Thanks. I need to find out another solution in this case. Since no one handed over to me and assuming it is lost.

They often say that when they won't support that but the forums cannot help you. Even if someone has a spare disk it would be a breach of license to supply you. You are out if luck. The disk was a valuable company asset, and now it is lost.

I have contacted to Adobe. They suggest me to go into this forums since Adobe doesn't support  for older version any more.

Maybe you can register, but you need to contact Adobe to find out.
