Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out and sharing the details. I understand how frustrating it can be when Acrobat doesn’t remember your print settings.

The option “Use only system fonts; do not use document fonts” is tied to the print settings and can reset depending on the printer driver, system preferences, or if Acrobat is restarted. A few things you can try:

1. Check printer defaults

Open Acrobat and go to File > Print.

Select your printer, then click Properties / Preferences.

Make sure the setting is disabled there as well, since Acrobat can sometimes inherit defaults from the printer driver.

2. Update Acrobat and Printer Drivers

Ensure you’re running the latest version of Acrobat (25.01.20693) Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Update your printer driver from the manufacturer’s website, as outdated drivers can cause settings to reset.

Also, check the steps shared in the help page https://adobe.ly/4nMqjI7

If the issue continues even after these steps, please provide your operating system, Acrobat version, and printer model so we can provide more specific troubleshooting steps.
