Acrobat Professional17.0 malfunction on “fill&Sign", can not access the Sign funciton

When I click on the "sign", no previously stored sign picture shows up, can not put an e-sign on the PDF doc. Please help!

Please confirm if this happens with all the PDFs you try to add signatures to. 

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow so we can share it with the team. Also, please share the Acrobat and OS version numbers. We will get this checked.
