Acrobat is quitting unexpectedly and losing changes up to the previous save point when I'm trying to save it. Anyone else having the same problem? I'm running the latest version.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.  As described the application is crashing when you try to save the PDF file.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Would you mind sharing the the workflow/steps you are doing to save the file? Are you saving it locally on your computer, or saving it on cloud storage or saving it on shared network/drive?
If the file is stored on a shared network drive, please download it to your computer locally and then try saving it and check.

Are you on a Mac or Windows OS and what is the version? Please check for any missing update of computer OS and try updating it and reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

If it still doesn't work, please try to turn off the protected mode for testing (Windows Only). Go to Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable protected mode at start up' Turn off the protected mode and uncheck the enhanced security > Click OK and reboot the computer.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid security risks.
