Acrobat Read DC 2020.006.20034 still creating random folders and not cleaning them up on MS RDS Farm

We are currently running a Windows 2012 r2 RDS farm with Acrobat reader DC at version 2020.006.20034. The issue is that Acrobat is randomly creating odd folders in the same directory as the PDF file and does not clean/remove the folder once the PDF file is closed. I have searched online for any type of resolution but have not found any.  Any help on this other than upgrade to the latest version would be greatly appreciated.
