Tenho assinatura mensal acrobat reader, o computador onde instalei inicialmente ficou inoperacional, como instalar noutro e ser reconhecida a assinatura que estou a pagar?

We verified your Adobe ID and found an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro. As you mentioned, Acrobat Reader is a freeware application, and please note that there is no subscription available for Acrobat Reader.
You need to install Acrobat Pro and use the Adobe ID (email) to log in and activate the license on the machine. Download Acrobat Pro on the machine and sign in; it will recognize and activate the license. Note: You can use your app on only one device at a time.
