Acrobat Reader/Acrobat : How to gather comments from multiple sites/people of a confidential doc?

I am wondering if there is a safe and sure way to get a confidential document revised by multiple sites and collect their comments into one document. I have read in the community that there were bugs (not safe using the online version, loosing comments) and that it was a version issue. Has this been resolved? Any official procedure to do this?

Hope you are doing well.

Please Use the Adobe Document Cloud review service to easily share PDF files for review from Acrobat desktop application, the Document Cloud web, or Acrobat Reader mobile app. When reviewers click the URL in the email invitation from their computer, they can easily provide their feedback in a browser without having to sign in or install any additional software.

What I understand is that the comments are general comments. What I need is a way for them to do an exhaustive revision with targeted comments throughout the documents and then combine the comments from each participant in one document. Is that feasible? Also, is it safe? Thank you.

You can start the shared review for commenting, as described earlier in the shared help document. To export the comments from the reviewers, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/importing-exporting-comments.html and see if that works for you.
