Acrobat Reader asking for login for guests reviewing shared PDF

We use Acrobat Reader for review and commenting of a shared file that I sent out with my Adobe Acrobat DC account. Many of the reviewers don't and won't have Adobe accounts. They are being prompted to sign in when opening the shared file in Acrobat Reader. How can they open the file in Reader without needing to sign in to leave comments?

    To review and add comments to the shared file, your reviewers have the following options:

    1. Add Comments as a Guest User from the Web:

    Reviewers can access the shared file in Web and add comments as a Guest without needing to sign in.

    1. Sign Up for Free in Acrobat Reader:

    If your reviewers prefer to use Acrobat Reader for commenting, they will need to sign in with a free Adobe ID. To sign up for a free Adobe ID, please follow these instructions: Create or Update Your Adobe ID.

    Also having a user with the same exact problem.  Document was shared out and is password protected.  User should not be prompted to login to access this but yet is constantly prompted to log in.  Have tried in private browser sessions, clearing browser cache.  I am however able to access this document on my own pc because I have an adobe CC license/account.

    Has this been solved? I'm having the same issue. I shared the link (Anyone on the internet with the link can acees and comment) and one reviewer is not able to access the file (clicking just reload the page where they're being asked to log0in), one reviewer is able to access but only thru the mobile phone, and one reviewer was able to access it the first time they clicked but then the second time clicking they're being asked to log-in.

      Additionally, when clicking not now and trying to prompt opening again from the web view, the file still doesn't open.
