Bonjour à tous et désolé mais je ne comprends pas ni ne parle l'anglais.

Je souhaite enlever voire supprimer le remplissage automatique des cases / fenêtres dans les formulaires pdf, comment faire ? Merci pour toute aide.

You can't fix it with Reader. Report the issue to the author of the form and tell them they need to give each field a unique name.
